# Get a notification when a worker needs you

Your browser can notify you when a worker needs permission, an answer, a review or help, and you can answer from it.

Turn on notifications in your browser. When a worker needs permission, an
answer, a review or help, a notification tells you. Choose **Allow** or
**Don't Allow** from it. If you answer quickly or use your Mac, you do not
get a second alert.

- **Count.** The tab title and the app badge count what **Needs You**, even
  with the sidebar hidden.
- **Where to decide.** A request the web can decide is allowed there. A
request that needs your Mac tells you where to allow it.
- **Purchases.** Reopen a purchase authorization from its approved card if
  its browser tab closed.
