# Improvements and fixes for the web app

Long to-dos save with a short title, finished work reads Done, and an expired sign-in tells you what to do.

- **To-dos:** A to-do typed as a long paragraph saves with a short title,
  and the rest goes in its notes. Captures from Shortcuts take long text too.
  Adding the same to-do twice at once shows no error.
- **Done:** Finished work reads Done, as on the Mac and iPhone.
- **Sign-in:** When your sign-in expires, the page says so and offers
  **Sign In Again**. Two people signing up at once both get in.
- **Files:** Each file shows who made it, with their face.
- **Stop:** Stopping a task works every time.
- **Routines:** A routine set between 1 and 2 AM starts once on the night
  clocks go back.
- **Look:** Search hints, the Needs You badge and initials read clearly in
  light and dark, and buttons on a phone are big enough to tap. The sidebar
  stays open in narrower windows.
