# Today becomes your daily meeting

Today now sorts what needs you into Now, Decide and Routine, each with your worker's suggestion and the reason for it.

Open **Today** and it starts with what needs you, sorted into **Now**,
**Decide** and **Routine**. Each item comes with your worker's suggestion
and a reason drawn from your own past choices. Routine items you always
answer the same way take one **OK**.

- **Weekly Review** shows what each worker got done and what it noticed
  about how you decide.
- **Meeting times.** Pick two or three times a day in **Settings**, and your
  Decide and Routine notifications arrive then.
- **Stuck work** says what its worker is stuck on and how long it has waited.
- **Not Now** moves an item to **Set Aside** with the time it comes back.
  Today's count leaves it out until then, and always matches what Today shows.
- **A sleeping Mac.** When a routine needs your Mac and it is asleep, Today
  says "Your Mac is off." The routine starts as soon as the Mac wakes.
- Your own to-dos come right after what needs you, and the number beside
  each heading is easier to read.
