- **Copies:** A copy of a worker keeps its original's rules about what it
  must ask you about and what it never does.
- **Chats:** A chat tab you opened stays open when you go to another page
  before the chat has finished loading.
- **Privacy Policy:** The Privacy Policy and the Help Center say that billing
  records are kept for at least 7 years, as tax law requires.
