# Today opens on your team on the web

The top of Today is now a row of your workers' large faces, and each thing that needs you says what it is.

**Today** now starts with your whole team as a row of large faces.

- **Rings:** Each ring shows what that worker is doing, and a red badge
counts the things it needs from you. Point at a face for a tip like
"Lou · Needs You: 2 asks".
- **Faces:** Click a face to see what it needs from you, or its page when it
needs nothing. Right-click a face for **Give a Task...**, **Open Chat** and
**Worker Page**. Drop a to-do on a face to give it to that worker.
- **Needs You:** Each row says what is asked in plain words and how long it
has waited, like "git status · 1m" or "Has a question for you · 12m".
- **Done:** Today tells you when a worker finishes a to-do.
