Routines is in the sidebar, after Goals. It lists every worker's routines in one place.
Each time a routine starts, it makes a task with its own status and results. A routine shows the tasks it made, each with its state in words and a symbol. Click a task to open the worker's chat on it.
Today lists a routine's task only while it needs you, so repeating work does not crowd your day.
