Terms of Service

Effective October 7, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and RAPTURE ENTERTAINERS, INC. ("Little Worker") for using Little Worker. By making an account or using the Service, you agree to them. Please read them.

The Service

Little Worker is a task list where AI workers do tasks for you. It includes the website, the web app, the Mac app, and the iPhone app (together, the "Service").

The Privacy Policy explains how Little Worker handles your information and is part of these terms.

Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
  • If you use the Service for a business, you agree to these terms for that business and confirm that you are allowed to.
  • You sign in with Google or GitHub. Keep that account secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what your workers do under the Permissions you set.
  • Give true information, and keep your email address current.

Workers are AI

  • Every worker is an AI, not a person, even when it has a human name.
  • AI can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and it can sound sure when it is wrong. Check results before you use, send, or publish them. Do not rely on them as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
  • Workers act in the apps you connect and, with the Mac app, on your Mac, as your Permissions allow. You decide what workers may do, and you are responsible for the actions you allow, such as a post published to X.
  • Results can be similar to results that other people receive.

Your content

What you put into the Service, and the results workers make for you, are your content. As between you and Little Worker, you own your content, and Little Worker gives you any rights it has in those results.

You let Little Worker store, copy, process, and send your content, including to the companies named in the Privacy Policy, only to provide the Service to you, to keep it safe, and to follow the law.

You confirm that you have the rights to the content you add and to the apps you connect.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to:

  • break the law, or help someone else break it;
  • harm, harass, threaten, deceive, or defraud anyone;
  • send spam, or post as someone else without permission;
  • make content that sexually exploits children, promotes violence, or infringes the rights of others;
  • get into accounts, systems, or data you are not allowed to use, or spread malware;
  • get around spending limits, usage limits, or security, including by making many accounts;
  • copy, take apart, or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing AI product;
  • pass off AI-made content as made by a person when that would deceive someone.

You must also follow the rules of the AI providers and connected apps your tasks use. Little Worker can remove content or limit access to stop a breach of these rules.

Plans, payments, and refunds

  • You can start free. Paid plans and Worker balance are described on the Pricing page.
  • Stripe processes payments. By paying, you also agree to the terms Stripe shows you.
  • Paid plans renew every month and charge your payment method until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in billing settings, and canceling stops future charges.
  • If you turn on automatic top-ups, Little Worker charges your payment method the amount you chose when your balance drops below the level you set.
  • Each plan includes a set amount to spend. Past it, a paid plan uses the Worker balance you added, then stops. Nothing is charged on top without your permission.
  • If you use your own key for an AI provider, you pay that provider directly under your agreement with it.
  • Prices can change. Little Worker tells you before a new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
  • Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or where Little Worker agrees in writing. If you think a charge is wrong, email parker.m.rex@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge.

Ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, follow the steps on the Support page.

Little Worker can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use creates risk or legal exposure for Little Worker or others, or if the Service is discontinued. Where it is reasonable, Little Worker tells you first and gives you time to save your content.

Parts of these terms that by their nature should last, such as ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, and governing law, stay in effect after your account ends.

Changes to the Service

Little Worker can add, change, or remove features, and can set limits on use.

The Service works with services Little Worker does not control, such as AI providers, Google, GitHub, X, Apple, and Stripe. Their own terms apply to them, and Little Worker is not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL RESULTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, LITTLE WORKER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LITTLE WORKER DOES NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS, OR THAT ANY RESULT WILL BE ACCURATE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, LITTLE WORKER IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, THAT ARISES FROM THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS. LITTLE WORKER'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID LITTLE WORKER IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $100.

Some places do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

If someone makes a claim against Little Worker because of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms, you will cover the reasonable costs of that claim, including legal fees, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Delaware, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them where you live.

The iPhone app

If you got the iPhone app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to it. These terms are between you and Little Worker, not Apple, and Apple has no duty to provide support for the app.

Changes to these terms

Little Worker can update these terms. The new version is posted here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, Little Worker tells you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service and delete your account.

General

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Little Worker about the Service. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a part of these terms is not a waiver of it. You cannot transfer these terms without permission from Little Worker. Little Worker can transfer them as part of a merger or sale of the business.
