Privacy Policy
Effective October 7, 2026
This policy explains what Little Worker collects, why, who helps provide the service, and the choices you have. Little Worker does not sell your personal information, does not show ads, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
Who this policy covers
Little Worker is provided by RAPTURE ENTERTAINERS, INC. ("Little Worker"). This policy covers the website at thelittleworker.com, the web app at app.thelittleworker.com, the Little Worker app for Mac, and the Little Worker app for iPhone (together, the "Service").
Questions about this policy go to parker.m.rex@gmail.com. Using the Service is also governed by the Terms of Service.
What Little Worker collects
Little Worker collects what it needs to provide the Service, and nothing for advertising.
- Account details. When you sign in with Google or GitHub, Little Worker receives your email address and the ID that service gives your account. It also keeps the name you choose to show. It never receives your Google or GitHub password.
- Workspace content. The tasks, requests, chats, goals, plans, files, and results that you and your workers make, and the notes workers keep about your business so they do better on the next task.
- Connected apps and keys. When you connect an app, such as X, Little Worker keeps the access that app grants so workers can read from it and act in it as you allow. When you add your own key for an AI provider, Little Worker keeps the key in a separate protected store and uses it only to send your work to that provider.
- Billing details. Your plan, balance, receipts, and payment history. Stripe collects your card. Little Worker keeps only the kind of payment method, its last four digits, and the IDs Stripe gives your payment records.
- Cost records. What each task cost, which AI provider did the work, and when. These records make your receipts and keep spending under your limits.
- A notification address. If you allow notifications in the iPhone app, Apple gives Little Worker an address for your device, so a notice reaches you when a worker needs you.
- Crash and error reports. When the website, an app, or a server hits an error, a report goes to Sentry. Little Worker removes the text you write from these reports before they are sent. A report can hold the app version, the kind of device or browser, the page or request that failed, and a workspace ID. In the Mac and iPhone apps, you can turn off Send Crash Reports in Settings.
- Server records. The servers keep short records of requests, such as the time, the IP address, and the result, to keep the Service working and secure.
- Messages to support. What you send when you ask for help.
When you use the Mac app, workers can do steps on your Mac, such as saving a file, as your Permissions allow.
Little Worker does not collect your location, contacts, health data, or browsing history. The website and the apps have no advertising or analytics tools.
How Little Worker uses it
- To provide the Service: sign you in, keep your workspace, let workers do your tasks, and send you notifications.
- To bill you and show what each task cost.
- To find and fix problems, and to keep the Service and the people who use it safe.
- To answer you when you ask for help.
- To follow the law.
Little Worker does not sell your personal information, does not share it for advertising, and does not use your workspace content to train AI systems.
AI providers
Workers are AI. To do a task, a worker sends the parts of your workspace that the task needs, such as the request, the chat, and files, to an AI provider, and the provider sends back the answer.
Depending on the choice for each task, the provider is Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, or OpenRouter, which passes the request to the provider it names.
If you add your own key for a provider, the work goes to that provider under your own account with it. Each provider handles this data under its own terms for business customers.
Where your data is kept
Little Worker keeps data in the United States. The companies above can process it in other countries, with the protections the law requires.
How long Little Worker keeps it
- Your account and workspace content: while your account is open.
- After you delete your account: Little Worker deletes your personal information, or removes what links it to you, within 30 days. Copies in backups are removed as those backups expire.
- Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Crash and error reports: up to 90 days.
- Server records: up to 30 days.
Your choices and rights
- See and change. You can see and change your name and your workspace content in the app at any time.
- Get a copy. Email parker.m.rex@gmail.com for a copy of your data.
- Delete your account. Follow the steps on the Support page.
- Crash reports. Turn off Send Crash Reports in Settings in the Mac or iPhone app.
- Notifications. Turn them off in iPhone Settings at any time.
Depending on where you live, such as California or the European Union, you can have more rights: to know what Little Worker holds about you, to correct it, to delete it, to get it in a portable form, to object to some uses, and to complain to a data protection authority. To use any of these rights, email parker.m.rex@gmail.com. Little Worker will not treat you differently for using them.
Security
All traffic to the Service is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to data is limited, and keys for AI providers are stored apart from other data. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your Google or GitHub account safe.
If you think someone used your account, email parker.m.rex@gmail.com right away.
Children
The Service is not for children under 13, and the iPhone app is rated 13+. Little Worker does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you think a child under 13 gave Little Worker personal information, email parker.m.rex@gmail.com and it will be deleted.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, Little Worker tells you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
