Improvements and fixes
Delete Account and the Help Center now match the Privacy Policy on backups, and the API docs search reads well in dark mode.

- Delete Account: The screen, and the notice when you sign in after a deletion, say that copies of your data in backups are erased within 31 days after the rest of your data, the same as the Privacy Policy.
- Help Center: The articles about deleting your account and about your data give the same 31 days.
- API docs: In dark mode, the search window has a solid background, so the results are easy to read over the page behind it.
