What to include

  • The email address you sign in with.
  • Where it happened: the web, the Mac app, or the iPhone app, and the app version if you know it.
  • What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
  • A screenshot, if you can.

Never send a password or a payment card number. Support never asks for them.

When to expect an answer

Most messages get an answer within a few business days.

Delete your account

Email parker.m.rex@gmail.com from the address you sign in with, and ask to delete your account.

Support confirms the request by email. Then Little Worker deletes your account, the workspaces you own, and their content within 30 days, and cancels any paid plan. Billing records are kept only as long as the law requires.

Billing

Change or cancel a plan in billing settings in the web app. Canceling stops future charges.

If you think a charge is wrong, email parker.m.rex@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge.
