Accept or send back finished work

When a worker finishes a task, the task waits on Today as Needs You: Review. Now it has two buttons:

• Accept marks the task done.
• Send Back asks for one line about what to change. The worker gets your note and starts on the task again.

Before, a finished task could wait in Review with no way to close it from the web. Now every task has a clear end.
